How it works
- 1. Call me and send me a photo of the drive label.
- 2. Within one hour, the laboratory gives you an initial assessment of what may be recoverable and a quote.
- 3. If you agree, you receive a prepaid shipping label. Your drive is shipped the same day or the following day.
Your most urgent file first
Tell me which file is most urgent. The laboratory looks for it first and sends it to you as soon as it is found.
Prices excluding VAT
| Laboratory diagnosis | €75, or €125 for a mechanical fault. This is deducted if your files are recovered and remains payable if recovery fails. |
| Recovery | From €250 to €833, depending on the fault. |
| Optional priority processing | €300. |
The quoted price does not change without your agreement.
Shipping is included. The invoice is made out to your company and itemises VAT.
Confidentiality
Every case is covered by a confidentiality agreement. Your files stay within the European Union, and copies are deleted on the date you choose.
The laboratory makes every effort to recover your files but cannot guarantee the result. Before paying the balance, you check the list of your files yourself.
Frequently asked questions
Who pays if it is not me?
I send the agreement and payment link to the person you choose, the manager or your accounts department. Your drive can be shipped without delay.
What about a server?
Call me: the laboratory examines each configuration individually before confirming.
Where can I drop off the parcel?
At a post office or Chronopost collection point, using the label I send you. During our call, I tell you the nearest drop-off location and its cutoff time.
