Who am I really?

My name is Emmanuel Klein, and I founded SOS DISQUE with a simple belief: data recovery should not be an opaque, stressful process.

Before SOS Disque, I founded several digital and media businesses, after starting out as a financial analyst in New York. I volunteered at Institut Curie for seven years and now volunteer with a children's foundation. When I discovered the world of data recovery, I was struck by the lack of transparency: unclear quotes, missed deadlines and customers paying without knowing what they would get back.

I wanted to do the exact opposite.

SOS DISQUE is a small, responsive business. I personally handle every case. You are not a number in a queue — you have my personal phone number.

SOS Disque is a French company working with a specialist data recovery partner laboratory in Romania, within the European Union. This direct partnership, without an intermediary, allows us to publish prices in advance while working with a laboratory equipped to handle physical faults.

Initial online assessment within one hour. New cases: O, A, B and B+ have €30 initial postage and no investigation fee; C and C+ have €130 initial investigation. The initial amount is deducted once from the recovery price on success and retained on failure; no recovery balance is due on failure.

A clear quote based on the technical difficulty of your case. If examination reveals that more complex work is needed, we submit the new price to you before continuing.
