Prices include VAT. Business invoices show the amount excluding VAT and itemise the VAT. You do not need to choose a level yourself: our laboratory identifies it in the initial assessment.

A higher price requires a new accepted quote. Previously accepted cases retain their agreed terms. RAID/NAS retain their separate per-drive terms.
Initial payment and original device options

- You receive a full report on the device's condition, with photos (for example, of a scratched disk), even if the files cannot be recovered.
- Express: +€50 including VAT, without recovery credit. For the original device, explicitly choose free retention for reuse/recycling or reassembly and return for a separate €50 including VAT, on success or failure. You may change that choice until the intervention ends.

If recovery fails, the initial payment is retained and no recovery balance is due.

If the examination reveals a more complex fault, we offer you a new quote. No work at the higher price continues without your agreement.
A rare component is sometimes needed. If so, we tell you its price before ordering it, and you decide whether to proceed.
Nothing is ordered without your agreement.
Options if you are in a hurry
Express option: +€50 including VAT for all six levels, paid with the initial amount and not credited against the recovery price.+€50 including VAT for a standard device (weight-based pricing for RAID/NAS).
Priority laboratory processing: €300 including VAT for individuals; €300 excluding VAT (€360 including VAT) for professionals, subject to availability.
NAS and RAID
Diagnosis costs a per-drive amount specified in the quote. A NAS or RAID has at least two drives, which must be sent together: the minimum fee is therefore €300 including VAT.
What the price includes
- Outbound Chronopost label supplied after confirmed initial payment.
- Original device return is optional: €50 including VAT, invoiced separately on success or failure. Free retention for reuse/recycling is also available.
- Our online file explorer, so you can check your files before paying the balance.
Devices we cannot accept
We cannot help with the following devices. We want to make this clear before you ship anything:
- helium-filled drives (some recent high-capacity drives);
- broken microSD cards;
- MacBooks with storage soldered to the motherboard;
- soldered eMMC memory (used in some tablets and small computers);
- Mac SSDs that have been erased.
