You can notify SOS DISQUE of your decision using an unambiguous declaration. The current online form is available in French.
This English guide explains the available channels. Opening this page does not submit a withdrawal request.
Use the online form in French
Enter your name in Nom complet, your email address in Adresse email, choose the contract in Contrat concerné and enter your declaration in Votre déclaration. Add your case or quote reference if you have it, and the relevant dates where applicable.
The submit button is labelled Envoyer ma demande de rétractation. The form shows whether your request was recorded.

Identify the contract and include a way for us to contact you. Keep a copy of your declaration and proof of sending.
What happens next?
Submitting a request records your decision. It does not trigger an automatic refund: the applicable effects depend on your contract and the rules in the terms accepted for your order.
